What size companies do you work with?

We work with companies of all sizes in our consulting practice. For sale side business brokerage we specialize in companies generating $500k to $5M in revenue. If you are looking to acquire a business and would like us to do a search for you, we can expand that intermediary service to larger targets up to $25M in revenue.

How do you bill for engagements?

This largely depends on the client’s needs. We offer services for an hourly rate, project based, and fractional executive services on retainer. Schedule a free discovery call with us to discuss further and we can put together no obligation proposal.

What types of consulting services do you offer?

We specialize in management consulting, operational efficiency, organizational design, growth strategies, IT and software development, CFO services, and other areas. We have a large partner network to help align you with whatever resources are needed whether they be tax strategists, business or asset protection attorneys, SEC attorneys, and more.

Do you offer right shoring assistance?

We have extensive experience in analyzing all levels of your business to drive efficiency and cost reductions through shift-left methodologies. First, we work to identify opportunities to completely eliminate non-value-added workloads through process optimization. Next, we identify opportunities and assist with implementation of automation and AI to further reduce workloads. Lastly, we evaluate if there are workloads that could be right shored or shifted to another lower labor cost to drive the results your business needs. We have partnerships with staffing agencies to assist with the labor portion of the process.

How do you leverage Lean Six Sigma?

We have Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and Master Black Belts available to deploy as needed. We utilize DMAIC (Define—Measure—Analyze—Improve—Control) to improving existing processes. For developing a new product, service or process DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) is utilized. We specifically leverage the DMADV (Define—Measure—Analyze—Design—Verify) methodology for new product, service, or process design.

While the Lean Six Sigma practices are an excellent resource to deliver a world class experience, we cater our approach to apply the appropriate level of these methodologies to achieve the desired outcome and reduce the cost to our clients.
